Billing: |
|
At
the time of the booking be prepared to give clients name, address,
purchase order number, job number, and name of individual
authorized for payment. For new and/or out of town client we request a corporate
credit card number. We
also reserve the right to request full or partial payment in
advance. |
| Usage: |
|
Please
check with agency for conflicts.
No product package, point of purchase, posters, billboards, use of model's names, hang tags, display materials,
package inserts, etc… may be made without specific clearance.
Rates apply to standard bookings only, all product bookings
subject to negotiation, and unless otherwise stated good for one
year. |
| Rates: |
|
Rates
are to be negotiated between the agent and client and should never
be discussed with model/stylist. |
| Test: |
|
No
usage except for self promotion for the photographer and model.
Clients agree not to request models to sign releases and
further agree that the product of such work will not be sold or
used for any commercial purpose unless specific arrangements for
such use are negotiated with the agency. |
| Editorial
Rate: |
|
The
rate must be specified at the time of booking.
If the agency and stylist are not properly credited the
client will be billed at full rate. |
| Electronic
Media: |
|
No
Electronic Media, World Wide Web or internet usages will be
permitted unless negotiated specifically and separately with the
agency. |
| Voucher/Release: |
|
The
agency voucher/release serves as the only authorized release.
Models cannot sign any other release unless arrangements
have been made with the agency prior to the booking. |
| Weather
Permit: |
|
Client
must specify weather permit at the time of the booking or full fee
is charged. A
cancellation notice of three hours is required prior to the
booking. The
rescheduled booking must take place within a two week period,
otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged. |
| Cancellation: |
|
Cancellation
of a booking 48 hours in advance does not result in a fee.
Cancellation 24 hours in advance results in a charge of
half the fee, and same day cancellation will be charged full fee. |
| Travel: |
|
No
additional charges will apply for locations within the Baltimore
or Washington and Virginia metropolitan areas. Long distance travel
expenses must be negotiated prior to booking.
The agency must be provided with the address and telephone
number of all locations. |
| Tentative
Bookings: |
|
Holds
are the client's right of first refusal for models' / stylists'
time. The agency
reserves the right to request firm bookings or releases within two
hours of inquiry or definite secondaries will take precedence.
All tentatives must be confirmed or are automatically
released 24 hours prior to booking schedule. |
| Discrepancies: |
|
Any
on set discrepancies should be reported to the agency prior to job
completion. |
| Alternative
Talent/Stylist: |
|
If
model/stylist becomes ill or is unable to keep a booking for
personal reasons, T.H.E Artist Agency will provide an acceptable
alternative model/stylist at the same rate or lower, whichever is
prevailing. |
| Courier
Service/ Overnight Mail: |
|
Delivery
fees are the responsibility of the client. |
| Client
Responsibilities: |
|
- Advise agency of double, triple, or group booking.
- Advise agency of extraordinary conditions or requirements.
- Specify usage at time of booking.
- Specify weather permit.
- Specify exact wardrobe brings.
- Provide adequate dressing facilities in studio or on location. |
| Service
Fee: |
|
An
agency fee of 20% will be added to all bookings. There will be a 5% discount on the service fee for all
payments received within 15 days. A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to all
invoices not paid in full in 30 days. |

We
the agency, act solely for and on behalf of our models/stylists,
and while making every endeavor to provide a satisfactory and
efficient service, we cannot be responsible for a
model's/stylist's conduct on an assignment. |
